Customer service is outstanding from the moment you call - and the inspection was detailed and comprehensive. They even advised me on areas they do not handle - like alerting me to a broken air duct under the house. They took time, explained what they found, and made me a smarter home owner by teaching me a few things about the type of foundation I had and the construction codes and designs from the year the house was built. They followed up with a report for my records.
“We had them inspect our home before purchase in 2014. They were very thorough and helped me understand a few things about concrete foundations I didn't know. For one our 1949 foundation had several 'pours' which was pretty common back then but can create what looks a lot like a 'crack' and frankly freaked me out a bit. Luckily everything was okay and we moved forward. I just got selected to the BBB program and will likely be using them again. Bottom line: definitely recommend!
